2014

Where it all Started

A 6 year old Jayden Martin competes in his first motocross race in Western Australia after first riding a bike around the family farm.

Competing in motocross events in Australia at a Club and State level, Jay started on a KTM 50SX and quickly progressed onto a KTM 65SX.

First tarmac experience on a Supermoto on the KTM 65SX before finding its limits and moving onto the KTM 85SX to ride against the senior competitors.
Competing in the FIM Oceania Supermoto Championship in Newcastle achieving 7th place competing with teenagers 6 years senior and experienced at National’s competition.

First year of Road Racing

“Jayden dominated his first club race meeting on board his CBR150, winning all 3 races with a devastating lead. With his staggering performance and a racing maturity well beyond his years Jayden was a offered a brand-new Yamaha YZF-R15 by Banhams WA to compete in the 2019 Banhams WA Junior State Championship.”
“A perfect example of Jayden’s ability was shown at his first race on the new R15, where after qualifying on pole he had a terrible start due to his small stature, dropping the bike, he then managed to pick the bike up, re-start and pass all the other competitors to win the race.”
Won Banhams WA Junior State 150cc Championship, 3rd in Motostars Junior National Supermoto Championship, and WA Junior Lites Supermoto State Championship

Home Domination

Travel restricted, secured multiple championships across multiple disciplines in WA, including:
- 1st in Supermoto State Championship;
- 1st in Junior Road Racing Club Championship 150cc;
- 1st SupermotoWA Cadets Championship
- 2nd WA Junior Road Racing State Championship 150cc.

Home Domination Continues

Travel restrictions did not allow competing in the Australian Superbike Championship as planned on the Yamaha R3.
Raced in WA achieving:
- 1st in Supermoto State Junior Championship;
- 1st Supermoto WA State Minimotard championship;
- 1st Supermoto WA Junior Club Championship;
- 1st Supermoto WA Mini Motard Club Championship.

International Opportunities Open

International riding opportunities with Red Bull Rookies Cup
selection event (Italy);
Asia Talent Cup selection event (Malaysia).
Back home, achieving:
- Constant top 10 results in ASBK events
- 2022 State 150 Junior Road Racing Champion
- 2022 State Champion Junior Mini Motard
- 2022 State Champion Senior Mini Motard
- 2022 runner-up State Champion Production 300.
